POSTING AND PACKAGING RATES
Orders are processed Monday to Friday
We post to the UK only and aim to disptach orders within 48 hours.
Orders to the value of £34.99 and under - £2.99 (2nd class postage, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery)
Orders £35 and over are FREE
Orders placed after 1pm on a week day and over the weekend will be processed on the following working day.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £6.99
Orders received before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be posted that day.
Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the following working day.
Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be guaranteed for a Monday delivery - or the next working day in case of bank holiday.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If correctly delivered goods are returned to Madison Spa we have the right to charge to send products back out again.
If your delivery is delayed we are bound by the couriers terms and conditions (Royal Mail). Items can only be deemed as missing 10 days after the expected delivery date, only then can we send out a replacement.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of the products returns cannot be accepted. Please ensure that when ordering a product for your skin that it is correct for your skin type and the concern that you would like to treat.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES
Please check your order thoroughly once it arrives and notify us within 48 hours if there are any damaged or missing items.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days following receipt of your goods. If you decide to cancel your order please return the items in an unopened, unused, sealed condition within 5 working days of notifying us of your wish to cancel the order.
We cannot offer a refund for items that have been used.
We cannot accept liability for items that are lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked, signed for service.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order we will not cover your postage costs to return the items.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address given by the customer or not present to accept delivery and failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs incurred to Madison Spa.
